Acquisitions of Investment Services Firms

Following a dynamic development path, SOLIDUS Securities ISF acquired and merged VALUE CAPITAL ISF in August 2006 and ARTION SECURITIES ISF in May 2009.

Partnerships with Investment Services Firms

SOLIDUS offers execution and custody services to other Investment Services Firms acting as a wholesaler. In 2017, PRELIUM ISF after its merger with VERSAL ISF and in January 2022, DYNAMIC SECURITIES ISF, transferred their client’s investment portfolios to SOLIDUS Securities ISF in order to get custody and execution services.
